Principle of operation
The core working principle of the homogenizer is that the material is fed into the homogenizing valve at high pressure by the reciprocating motion of three plungers. The material is subjected to turbulence, cavitation and shear forces as it passes through the tiny gap between the valve disc and the valve seat, so that the rough emulsion or suspension is processed into an extremely fine, homogeneous and stable liquid-liquid mixed emulsion or liquid-solid dispersion.
Technical features
High-efficiency homogenization: the average emulsion fineness of the homogenized material can be up to less than 1 micron, and the average size of the solid dispersed particles can be up to less than 2 microns.
Improved stability: the homogenized material has a very high stability, which significantly improves the storage quality.
Accelerated reaction speed: Through homogenization, the reaction time of the material is accelerated, which improves the production efficiency.
Additive savings: The efficient homogenization process reduces the need for additives, resulting in cost savings.
Areas of application
This milk homogenizer is widely used in the fields of food, health products, cosmetics, etc. It significantly improves the absorption quality and effect of the products.
For example:
- Food industry: improve the taste and stability of milk, fruit juice and other beverages.
- Nutraceutical industry: Improve the absorption rate of nutrients and the homogeneity of products.
